Trixie's House Repair List

All,

We need to start the rehab portion of Trixie's Home on Collier Ave now that the clean up portion is complete. Below is a list of items that need to be done to the home in order to get her moved back in and we need trade volunteer to perform the required work.

Here is a list for Trixie's house.....Every Room needs to some sort of repair work.

All Carpet needs to be removed/replaced
Wall paper needs to be removed
Walls sanded and painted
All Electrical needs to be tested/Repaired through out home
All Plumbing needs to be tested/repaired as needed
All Sliding glass doors need repair
Front Window of front Door to be replaced (Will come from the ROLOH Grant)
Kitchen Cabinets need to be replaced
Stove needs to be Replaced
Dishwasher need to be replaced
Pool needs to be filled in
Ceiling in back family room needs to be patched and painted
Paint pealing in entry to back room needs to be scrapped and repainted
Flood Lights in front of house fixtures need to be tested and replaced (Will come from the ROLOH Grant)
Door Bell needs to be tested for Electricity and installed at front door (Will come from the ROLOH Grant)
